MasterFinish XS 75
Documentation

Standard injector microblast system for optimising and standardising tool surfaces.
Finishing metal surfaces always leaves residue, e.g. the "white zone" after wire or sinker DM, or residue after grinding. These deficiencies cause problems for the release properties of plastic parts or dirt from deposits. By finishing the surfaces with microblast technology, the tools are optimally prepared for high productivity and service life. The multi-stage process used here uses defined blasting mediums and compositions and grain sizes which vary, depending on their application. Especially in plastics processing, the quality of the item to be produced greatly depends on the surcae properties of the tool.
